• Must have 3+ years in a similar role with a deep understanding of digital marketing
• In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads
• Proficiency in Excel, including Vlookup and pivot tables
• Deep understanding of traffic acquisition tools
• Proficiency in English - Pleasant and professional communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, self-starter mindset, proactive personality
• Ability to learn new industries and new business types quickly and can apply this knowledge to internet marketing initiatives and achieving goals
• Outstanding ability to think creatively, identify and resolve problems

What the job involves

• Collaborate closely with an international team to meet aggressive KPIs for various departments (BI, Tracking, Creative, Product, Partner Growth, CRM, etc).
• Manage, review, and handle account responsibilities associated with Meta Ads and other social platforms, including TikTok, Twitter, Taboola, and OutBrain.
• Configure, launch, and optimize social media campaigns to meet performance targets.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports for key metrics, goal tracking, revenue tracking, and individual campaign performance.
• Monitor and administer analytics dashboards, key reporting tools, and critical areas of importance to align with company goals.
• Communicate daily with a team of specialists working on the same project.
