3+ years of social media management for a prominent consumer brand managing User Generated Content (UGC) social forums
In-depth knowledge of top social media forums, the engagement levers, paid ad units, and best approaches for managing forums, improving sentiment, growing leads, and tracking all
Demonstrable results growing brand prominence, positive sentiment, and direct business value
Proven skill to act powerfully, quickly, and with long term positive impact
Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Able to use metrics and insights to inform and optimize engagement strategies
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or equivalent from a top 20 ranked university

What the job involves
You will be responsible for amplifying Achieve’s brand and category prominence, positive sentiment, and engagement on consumer social forums
You will lead internal teams to collaborate and promote brand and category, partner to drive product engagement via paid and organic channels
You will be the authentic voice of Achieve in relevant communities and deliver trust and value to online discussions in alignment with the company's business goals
