  • 3+ years of social media management for a prominent consumer brand managing User Generated Content social forums
  • In-depth knowledge of top social media forums, engagement levers, paid ad units, and best approaches for managing forums
  • Demonstrable results growing brand prominence, positive sentiment, and direct business value
  • Proven skill to act powerfully, quickly, and with long term positive impact
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Able to use metrics and insights to inform and optimize engagement strategies
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
  • Authentic communicator with the proven ability to influence, educate, sway, calm diverse online communities
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or equivalent from a top 20 ranked university
