What the job involves

  • Be the authentic voice of Achieve in relevant communities, lead internal teams to collaborate and promote brand and category, partner to drive product engagement via paid and organic channels.
  • Monitor brand and category mentions on UGC social forums and drive a positive brand and category sentiment via community interactions.
  • Engage authentically, directly, and quickly with relevant communities answering questions, participating in discussions, and sharing content in a way that influences, educates, and drives product interest.
