- Experience in engagement social customer care or community management
- Social media platform knowledge including TikTok Instagram Facebook and similar channels
- Confidence with digital tools and internal scheduling or chat systems
- Self-motivated and structured approach in a remote work environment
- Must meet all IT policy requirements including supported operating system RAM internet and device setup
- Criminal background check and 2 professional referees required upon offer acceptance
