- Demonstrates cultural awareness and sensitivity when engaging with global gaming communities and creating content for diverse audiences
- Strong awareness of gaming creators influencers streamers and the broader gaming content ecosystem in English Community
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Self-motivated organized and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Chinese is highly preferred
