The Collective Studios

Transformative Fitness + Wellness Experiences to Help You Gain Confidence, Strength and Charisma. Together We Sweat.

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER, PART-TIME (REMOTE)

The Collective Studios is more than a fitness studio; it’s a space that inspires greater health, genuine human connection and empowered, personal growth through a collective dedication to sweat and joy. Together, we’re redefining fitness by creating transformative experiences to help our community live well and be well.

At The Collective Studios, we believe movement is more than physical—it’s a catalyst for connection, confidence, and community. We’re seeking a creative, strategic, and trend-savvy Social Media Manager to lead our organic social presence across platforms, tell compelling brand stories, and translate our in-studio magic into shareable digital moments.

This person will own the end-to-end execution of our social strategy—from content planning and production to posting, engagement, and performance tracking. You’ll also manage the Content Production Coordinator by providing clear briefs and creative direction for both onsite content capture and short-form video editing, setting priorities and deadlines, and reviewing footage and edited deliverables to provide feedback, request revisions, and approve final content. If you’re the type who lives on Instagram and TikTok, loves a good brand voice, and knows how to balance creativity with conversion, this role is for you. You’ll collaborate closely with our instructors, events team, and marketing leadership to ensure our channels stay vibrant, on-brand, and aligned with studio goals.

This is a high-impact opportunity to shape the digital presence of one of New Hampshire’s most beloved fitness and wellness communities.
