- Lead the creation of engaging high-quality content for all social media platforms including text images videos and infographics to boost organic reach by at least 25%
- Oversee the maintenance and growth of the company's social media profiles on platforms such as Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedIn YouTube and others
- Ensure the team effectively monitors and responds to user interactions fostering a positive community and addressing customer queries and concerns promptly aiming to increase community engagement
- Lead the tracking analysis and reporting on social media performance using analytics tools
- Plan and oversee the execution of organic social media campaigns work closely with marketing design and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends tools and best practices
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to amplify our social media reach
- Handle social media crises with professionalism and composure ensuring the brand's reputation is protected and maintaining a high customer satisfaction rate
