Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with the brand's objectives and target audience aiming for a minimum 20% annual increase in followers and engagement
Lead the creation of engaging high-quality content for all social media platforms including text images videos and infographics to boost organic reach by at least 25%
Oversee the maintenance and growth of the company's social media profiles on platforms such as Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedIn YouTube and others
Ensure the team effectively monitors and responds to user interactions fostering a positive community and addressing customer queries and concerns promptly aiming to increase community engagement
Lead the tracking analysis and reporting on social media performance using analytics tools
Plan and oversee the execution of organic social media campaigns work closely with marketing design and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends tools and best practices
Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to amplify our social media reach
Handle social media crises with professionalism and composure ensuring the brand's reputation is protected and maintaining a high customer satisfaction rate
