Day to day

• Lead and manage the social media team including the Social Media Manager and Community Manager ensuring effective and cohesive operations.
• Develop and execute the social media strategy aligning with company goals and adapting based on performance data and emerging trends.
• Analyze social media performance data generate reports and use insights to inform strategy and content creation.
• Continuously analyze social media trends to keep the company ahead of industry developments and capitalize on new opportunities.
• Work closely with the Content Production Lead to integrate social media insights into content creation fostering a data-driven content strategy.
• Oversee the implementation of social media strategies ensuring effective scheduling content delivery and engagement.
