Requirements
- 7+ years in enterprise software or technical solution sales
- Consistent record of exceeding quota in complex consultative cycles
- Experience selling to Fortune 1000 government or highly technical industries
- Ability to manage long sales cycles large deal sizes and multi-stakeholder buying groups
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering materials science or related technical discipline preferred
- MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus
- Ability to understand and articulate complex engineering concepts especially materials design additive manufacturing and ICME
- Executive-level presentation negotiation and storytelling skills
- Strong pipeline management forecasting accuracy and operational rigor
- Ability to travel up to 50% domestically and access a major airport
- Must be a permanent US citizen or Green Card holder

Day to day
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to close across complex high-value opportunities
- Build and manage a robust pipeline with accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM usage
- Develop senior stakeholder relationships and translate technical capabilities into clear business outcomes
- Negotiate multi-year software and consulting agreements and uncover expansion opportunities after sale
- Represent the company at industry events and collaborate with internal teams on account strategy
