What the job involves

• Define and maintain the overall vision and strategic direction for projects and architecture within our Public Safety suite of products.
• Stay ahead of latest technology trends and best practices to incorporate innovation into the company’s products.
• Ensure the SaaS platform is optimized for performance and scalability addressing any bottlenecks and ensuring the system can handle growth in users and data.
• Advocate for and implement automation in the development and testing processes to enhance efficiency.
• Mentor and guide architects and senior developers promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Create and maintain technical roadmaps for the software architecture ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business objectives and IT strategy.
• Design and implement architectures and technologies with security at the forefront ensuring compliance with relevant laws regulations and standards such as FedRAMP.
