Who you are

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Word and Excel
• Ability to learn new skills quickly and work under pressure
• Background in Service Management and experience with its toolsets
• Experience supporting Software Asset Management in renewals, purchases, audits, and software consultancy
• Experience working with personnel in multiple locations and virtually
• Must hold and maintain high level Security Clearance

Desirables

• ITIL V3/4 foundation or equivalent experience
• Experience in an Asset Management team

What the job involves

• Managing the lifecycle of software license purchases
• Liaising with clients and external vendors to ensure best options are identified and implemented
• Coordinating with requestors, finance, and commercial teams for software provisions and renewals
