  • Proficient in Agile project management techniques.
  • Able to obtain background clearance as needed.

What the job involves

  • Coordinate technical changes and upgrades including cloud releases and reconfigurations.
  • Maintain oversight of complex service matters and implementations.
  • Report on technical performance and review service request statuses.
