Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Physics, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related Engineering discipline
Proven experience in Services directing the delivery of complex software solutions
Proven experience in a senior technical role within a system integrator or Software Consultancy practice
Proven experience in defining and managing delivery teams
Proven experience in defining and assigning work packages
DevOps and Agile methodology
Industry knowledge in the field of operation and multi sites project organizations

What the job involves
The Services Delivery Manager owns the project's Delivery Model and is the Technical Leader on the Project, working with highly skilled teams to manage and execute software deployment, configuration, integration, and testing
They share responsibility with the Project Manager for scope management, risk management, and problem management
They contribute to Customer management activities for technical coordination, establishing trust, and meeting delivery commitments together with the Project Manager
The role involves triggering and validating engineering Gate Reviews, ensuring a smooth transfer to maintenance for ending projects, and complying with Quality Procedures, work instructions, and Processes in the Quality Management System
