• 5+ years of software development experience

What the job involves

• Be a key member of the Package Security Manager team
• Attend daily scrum meetings, planning, sprint review
• Collaborate with external teams for joint deliverables
• Review PRs and contribute to engineering and product discussions
• Create and implement new processes for product quality, security, and performance
• Take ownership of team’s process inefficiencies
• Increase productivity skills by improving core infrastructure and tooling knowledge, as well as testing best practices
• Create and present areas of interest within the organization
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in support calls to understand customer use cases
