Who you are
Minimum 4 years experience as a Salesforce.com administrator
Expert understanding of Salesforce permissions and sharing models
Experience configuring customizations with Lightning App Builder and Flows
Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
Strong understanding of the platform and ability to build custom apps and objects formula fields workflows custom views and intermediate complexity content
Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
Strong data management abilities and documented history of successfully driving projects to completion
Demonstrated ability to understand document and articulate complex requirements
Experience working with Salesforce Architects and Developers to determine best solution and drive development
Legally authorized to work in the United States and meet requirements for government contracts
Possess work authorization that does not require sponsorship by employer for visa
May be subject to government security investigation and meet requirements for classified information access or be eligible for security clearances

What the job involves
Writing and implementing code
Performing local testing to ensure acceptance criteria have been met
Writing technical specifications to introduce new functionality or features to the codebase
Receiving and applying feedback before implementation
Reviewing pull requests to identify needs before merging
Providing feedback to teammates on pull requests
Implementing and testing design system updates such as web design
Identifying and proposing solutions to blockers
Collaborating with internal and external engineers via engineering huddles
Attending standup meetings to discuss project updates and status
Participating in refinements to estimate difficulty for each ticket
Participating in biweekly retrospectives to discuss sprint efficiencies or inefficiencies
Participating in sprint demo meetings to demonstrate work completed or in progress
Sharing expertise with others by providing feedback to designers project managers and other engineers
Serving as a resource to peers on Nava’s culture and expectations
Participating in Engineering critiques to provide and receive feedback
