• Experience with AOSP, Android internals, Frameworks services, HAL or Native libraries, Android SDK, Android NDK, Android JNI, Android IPC mechanisms, Linux OS development

What the job involves

• Develop software for flagship AR and VR products. Collaborate with diverse teams to create intuitive experiences. Optimize code and balance software across hardware blocks to improve AR/VR experiences.
• Drive organization’s goal towards building tools, system architecture, prototypes, frameworks and infrastructure for OS, kernel development, debugging, system profiling, and sensor/data management.
• Lead and set direction for Meta Reality Labs developments. Communicate complex features while advocating for product quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and engineers to enhance solutions. Write clean code and debug complex problems. Follow technology trends to assess & develop new technologies. Collaborate with leaders to improve team performance.
