Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
  • 8+ years of software engineering experience, 3+ years in managerial role
  • Build and lead high-performing engineering teams
  • Strong technical expertise in scalable systems and data-driven applications
  • Proficiency in Scala or other JVM languages like Java
  • Experience with data pipelines and tools
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ownership and accountability for projects
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and microservices environment

Desirables

  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Experience in gRPC, pub/sub, REST, SOAP
