Who you are
- Considerable experience as a software developer and leading development teams
- Passion for technology and Agile software development
- Comfortable contributing technically but focused on leading the team
- Knowledge of software development best practices, Agile/Lean practices, and Cloud Architecture
- Skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, HTML, CSS, and Cloud Architecture (Azure)
- Experience coaching Agile teams and implementing industry best practices such as TDD, CI/CD, DevOps & DevSecOps
- Qualifications in relevant fields
