• Considerable experience in software development and leading development teams
• Passionate about technology, Agile software development, and team building
• Comfortable contributing technically, but focused on leading the team
• Knowledge of software development best practices, Agile/Lean principles, CI/CD, Cloud Architecture, Machine Learning, and AI Security
• Skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, HTML, CSS, Cloud Architecture (Azure), APIs, Python, communication, and presentation
• Experience coaching Agile teams, implementing TDD, CI/CD, DevOps, and leading remote teams
