• Experience in Agile Methodologies
• Software Estimation Experience
• Software Configuration Management Experience
• Bachelor's degree or above in a STEM discipline from an accredited institution
• US Citizenship
• Interim Secret security clearance or above

What the job involves

• Collaborate closely with Agile Software Teams and the Software Process Owner in Fort Worth Texas.
• Ensure software development processes are defined, documented and communicated.
• Coach software development personnel on processes.
• Collect and analyze software metrics.
• Suggest process improvements based on metrics and observations.
• Coordinate, produce, and review software estimates.
• Support release execution, verification and defect reviews.
