Requirements
- BS/BA degree or 4 years of relevant work experience in AV Software Quality Operations
- Increased competency across the ML development lifecycle including data preparation training validation deployment and continuous monitoring
- Experience with ML testing and validation including dataset QA bias detection edge-case testing and statistical performance evaluation
- Ability to quickly learn and implement new concepts and use proprietary tools
- Strong understanding of driving rules and regulations
- Ability to provide occasional on-call availability evenings weekends and holidays
- Flexibility to attend meetings outside standard hours for global collaboration

Day to day
- Partner with Engineering to design test and deploy ML and Gen-AI models and tools that improve issue discovery detection triage efficiency and quality assurance.
- Use AI-powered insights and traditional triage signals to identify emerging on-road issue trends new risk scenarios and edge cases.
- Define document and refine policies guidelines and SOPs that integrate AI tools into vendor workflows while performing robust quality control and meta-quality checks.
