Who you are

  • 2+ years of experience in software QA Support or IT
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
  • Experience with SQL or a general understanding of databases
  • Understanding of APIs and use of modern API testing tools
  • Experience with spreadsheet formulas and functionalities
  • Strong communication skills and a sense of urgency in issue resolution

What the job involves

  • Understand and clearly articulate customer needs and requirements
  • Work with Software Engineers to design back-end components or solutions
  • Brainstorm and implement ways to improve support processes
  • Identify verify and reproduce issues to solve customer problems
  • Manage relationships with Customer Support Success and Development teams
  • Act as a first line of support for diagnosing and troubleshooting customer issues
  • Collaborate with QA for testing and regression analysis
  • Facilitate resolution of complex issues involving multiple teams
  • Manage service disruptions and coordinate resources for prompt resolution
  • Ensure accurate incident documentation and foster continuous improvement
