Requirements
- Qualified solicitor in England and Wales or Northern Ireland or equivalent common law jurisdiction
- Willing to requalify in England and Wales if required
- 1-3 years PQE
- At least 6 months' banking and finance law experience
- Knowledge of banking and finance transactional work
- Must be UK-based
- Must not live in Northern Ireland
- Must live at least 100 miles from a HSF Kramer London office if not location agnostic

Day to day
- Work closely with the Digital Finance senior team on a growing banking and finance legal practice in Belfast.
- Assist on high-profile finance transactions across specialist areas including real estate finance securitisation energy finance and leveraged finance.
- Support outsourcing negotiation projects review finance documents and act as an extension of the client's in-house legal team.
- Collaborate with other practice groups supervise junior staff and maintain strong client relationships while delivering high-quality legal services.
