Requirements
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect on large-scale finance transformation programmes
- Hands-on experience with Workday Financials and at least one end-to-end implementation or migration
- Strong understanding of finance processes including chart of accounts period close AP AR GL assets and reporting
- Experience migrating from legacy finance or ERP systems such as Oracle SAP Unit4 or bespoke platforms
- Deep knowledge of integration patterns including REST SOAP middleware ESB and iPaaS
- Strong data migration and data modelling experience in a finance context
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence across business and technology
Day to day
- Lead the solution architecture for a legacy finance to Workday Financials migration, shaping the end-to-end target state.
- Define as-is, target, and transition architectures across finance, data, integrations, and reporting with clear governance.
- Design integration patterns, data migration approach, cutover planning, and architectural controls for a business-critical programme.
