Who you are

• Have experience in a pre-sales engineer role
• Have experience in the unified communications industry
• Excellent technical and communication skills to share knowledge with customers at all levels
• Experienced in Voice, Video, Contact Center, VOIP network architecture and technology
• Knowledge of network troubleshooting including LAN/WAN, Routers, Firewalls, Switches, PBX deployment
• Experience with one or more UCaaS vendors, such as Microsoft, Cisco, Ringcentral
