Requirements
- 7–9+ years of experience in Sales Engineering Solutions Engineering or customer-facing technical roles
- Hands-on experience deploying and supporting distributed systems storage or data infrastructure solutions
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals including VPNs subnets and firewalls
- Experience with storage systems and performance considerations
- Experience with Windows Linux and cloud environments with Azure preferred
- Ability to independently run technical demos POCs and customer deployments
- Experience using scripting such as PowerShell or CLI tools for troubleshooting or automation
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences

Day to day
- Lead technical discovery conversations to understand customer data architecture workflows and constraints
- Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts using Resilio technology
- Guide customers through installation configuration and deployment in hybrid and cloud environments
- Advise on best practices for distributed data synchronization network and storage architecture performance optimization and scalability
- Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success to progress deals remove technical blockers and ensure smooth transitions
- Use scripting and automation tools to accelerate deployments troubleshooting and customer validation
