Requirements
- 5–10+ years in life sciences enterprise software or solutions architecture
- Experience supporting both pre-sales and implementation delivery
- Strong understanding of lab workflows including LIMS ELN automation and data systems
- Experience with APIs integrations and cloud platforms
- Excellent communication skills with scientists and technical stakeholders

Day to day
- Partner with Sales to lead discovery and shape technical strategy for biotech and pharma customers
- Design scalable solutions across LIMS ELN lab instruments automation platforms and enterprise systems
- Lead end-to-end implementations from kickoff through go-live and drive integrations adoption and long-term success
- Act as a trusted advisor on lab digitalization and collaborate with Product and Engineering to solve complex challenges
