Who you are
- Strong experience with CRM systems especially Blackbaud CRM; familiarity with Raiser’s Edge is a plus.
- Excellent presentation and listening skills with the capacity to effectively ask need-development questions.
- Strong knowledge of non-profit sector and familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform preferred
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.

What the job involves
- Prepare detailed solution presentations and demonstrations for both remote and in-person meetings.
- Lead discovery and presentation sessions with clients including C-level conversations.
- Collaborate with Business Development and Professional Services teams to ensure client requirements are fully met.
- Provide functional and technical responses to client RFIs and RFPs.
- Participate in thought leadership activities such as conference presentations and article writing.
