Requirements
- Proven in-depth IT experience with IT architecture background - in technical, application or data management
- Recent experience of working in a global, multi-national company
- Experience of Supply Chain or logistics industry and IT products
- Requirements gathering and definition with proven ability to champion an idea and bring a group to consensus
- Ability to integrate the solution to domains/standards and best practices
- Demonstrable planning and estimating skills
- Specialist level knowledge of Software development lifecycles & support - advanced understanding of technical and software architecture
- Project management hands on experience and expertise as well as ability to adopt a consulting style as appropriate
- TOGAF 9 certification desired
- ITIL v3 desired
- Good understanding of multiple technologies (e.g. RDBMS, Cloud Computing / SaaS, Mobile, SOA, UI, Integration, SQL, .NET platform, Java, Open Source, Web services, automation, AI etc.)

Day to day
- Provide architecture leadership and champion regional governance aligned to group strategy.
- Lead the regional Solutions Architecture agenda to ensure professional alignment of IT products and technologies across deployment, support and commercial management.
- Drive the mapping of product, sector, and customer requirements to strategic, replicable, reusable, scalable, integrated, and cost-efficient end-to-end IT Solutions.
- Identify best practices and guide the business, at Global and Regional levels, towards realistic replication of existing solutions and processes.
- Promote collaboration, alignment, and knowledge sharing with Global Centres of Excellence and multi-regional teams.
