Who you are

• BS in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in professional services
• Track record of successful implementations and client project management
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs
• Comfortable with JSON data structure
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
• Capable of using Browser Developer Tools
• Understanding of differences between SQL and noSQL
• Confident working with senior level marketers and partners
• Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
• Ability to handle difficult technical issues and business challenges professionally

What the job involves

• Consult with clients directly as a subject matter expert of the Cordial platform, assisting them in understanding how they can apply new product features and enhancements to align with their business goals, and developing and sharing best practices.
• Help clients implement Cordial’s RESTful API and JavaScript Snippet into their marketing stack to maximize the value generated from the Cordial platform.
• Identify issues, recognize patterns, propose solutions, and help create repeatable processes and documentation to assist with the long-term success of our internal team, clients, and partners.
