Day to day
- Support commercial teams through sales, onboarding, and integration processes with clients and partners
- Design and implement cutting-edge solutions critical for companies whose sustainability depends on targeted audience engagement and campaign measurement in programmatic advertising
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to manage complex or bespoke integrations, address product challenges, and contribute to the development and testing of new features and enhancements on the ID5 platform
- Serve as a primary point of escalation for complex customer support issues, leading troubleshooting initiatives, including JavaScript debugging on client websites
- Engage with clients and partners daily through emails, phone, and video conferences to ensure their technical and business needs are met
