Requirements
- 5+ years sales engineering solutions consulting or implementation consulting experience
- 5+ years experience in hospitality or distribution industry
- Experience with SaaS software technology
- Experience with project management or complex enterprise projects
- Ability to discuss security privacy and compliance concepts including SOC2 ISO 27001 GDPR data residency and access controls
- Strong written verbal and presentation communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Outstanding project and program management skills
- Ability to influence technical and business stakeholders
- Willing and able to travel occasionally up to 25%

Day to day
- Partner with Sales and Account Management to craft compelling value propositions for prospective and existing customers
- Translate customer business needs into practical product and platform solutions that align with business outcomes
- Lead product activities across the sales cycle including presentations demos requirements gathering POCs and deal execution
- Collaborate with Solution Architects Product Engineering Delivery and Security to design and implement complex solutions
