Requirements
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science MIS Engineering or related field
- Understanding of internet technologies including DNS HTTP(S) and APIs
- Experience or interest in CDN architecture cybersecurity AI SEO and DevOps
- Excellent written verbal and presentation skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical content to varied audiences

Day to day
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers, translating business goals into scalable secure and high-performance solutions.
- Lead pre-sales technical engagements including demos, customer analysis reports and proof of concepts to drive product adoption and account growth.
- Guide customers through design validation and best practice deployment across Akamai's security and cloud portfolio while collaborating closely with sales services and product teams.
