  • Minimum of 4 years in a B2B customer-facing role, ideally as a sales engineer.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a SaaS, tech, or startup environment.
  • Proficient in modern scripting languages like Python, Node.js, SQL, or programming languages like C/C++, Java, C#.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with modern data infrastructure such as ELT, cloud applications, and databases.

Day to day

  • Work closely with the GTM team to iterate and improve the customer onboarding process.
  • Support sales and post-sales functions to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
