Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in a technical sales or solutions engineering role preferably within the SaaS and Life Sciences industry
• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms cloud computing and related technologies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand client needs and develop creative solutions
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for technology and driving business results

What the job involves

• Serve as the primary pre-sales technical resource for prospects providing expert guidance on the functionality and capabilities of our SaaS platform
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and develop customized solutions that address their specific needs
• Conduct remote and on-site product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our platform, effectively communicating its value proposition to clients
• Lead technical discussions with prospects addressing inquiries concerns and objections to build confidence in our solution and drive sales forward
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including product development and customer success to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support for clients
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends competitor offerings and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge and enhance our solution’s value proposition
• Provide feedback to product development teams based on client interactions and market insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation
• Collaborate with the sales team as the primary technical resource for RFI and RFP responses
