Solutions Engineer

Day to day

• Guide prospective customers through the entire pre-sales journey from initial engagement and product demonstrations to proof of concept and technical validation
• Serve as a product expert ensuring potential enterprise customers fully understand and see the value of the platform's capabilities during the evaluation process
• Support the sales team in identifying and crafting tailored solutions that address customer pain points setting the stage for successful deal closure
• First hire for this role in EMEA bring a strategic vision and drive to establish and expand the presales function with the potential to evolve into a leadership role
