What the job involves
Work closely with Enterprise prospects and customers to educate, empower, and ensure their success on the Cloudflare platform
Leverage technical expertise in Cloudflare's global distributed network and technology to find best-fit solutions for prospects
Train and onboard new customers via video-conference, in person, or through documentation to support long-term customer success
Develop new firewall rules from log files, craft performance caching and delivery strategies, create or repurpose internal tools and scripts for customers
Act as the technical customer advocate within Cloudflare and work closely with every team to create scalable solutions for customer needs
