What the job involves
- Work directly with top and future customers to provide technical sales support
- Enable, support, and educate B2B SaaS prospects on product setup and use
- Produce video calls, recordings, technical documentation, and other collateral to drive deals forward
- Deliver advanced product demos and highlight massive potential
- Act as a liaison between customer, Product, Sales, Customer Success, Solutions, and Engineering teams
- Diagnose issues, scope workflows, create tickets, and develop solutions
