Requirements
- BS degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of production-level programming experience
- Fluent in JavaScript Node
- Experience with C++ Java Bash or Python is a bonus

Day to day
- Provide technical onboarding and guidance to customers agencies and partners on the Illuminate platform
- Configure and set up accounts and become a subject matter expert in tools and APIs
- Build real-time integrations custom imports exports add-on functionality and polished proof of concept solutions
- Collaborate closely with engineers product managers customers and partners to deliver fit-for-purpose technical solutions
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support and contribute to the wider success of the Solution Advisory Team
