Role


Who you are

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales solution engineering role within a CCaaS / QA / WFM or similar environment.
  • Strong technical background, with experience in cloud-based software, APIs, databases, and web development frameworks.
  • Proficiency in cloud architecture and services; AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms.
  • Strong experience with RESTful and SOAP APIs, including integration of disparate systems.
  • Proven ability to work in a KPI & Target driven environment with goals tied to sales/CSX.
  • Proven experience in owning commercial relationships with key stakeholders in a sales cycle.
  • Experience in solution design and developing proposals for customers.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in conducting technical product demonstrations and addressing client inquiries.
  • Experience working with CRM and other sales tools.
  • Experience in cloud computing, APIs, integrations, and related technical concepts.

What the job involves

  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Revenue teams to uncover and address customer needs, ensuring our solutions deliver maximum value.
  • Craft and deliver tailored product demos that resonate with prospects' and client's unique challenges.
  • Lead the technical sales process, including proof of concepts and technical presentations, to win new business.
  • Develop and present solutions that align with customers' business requirements, from technical proposals to RFP responses.
  • Feed customer insights into our product roadmap and communicate updates effectively to both prospects and existing customers.
  • Ensure smooth customer onboarding and ongoing support, driving satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to provide expert guidance to our customers and team.
