Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in technical sales engineering
- Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills both written and oral
- Ability to develop and present Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis
- Demonstrated history of sales leadership and closing ability
- Willingness to travel up to 25% to customer meetings and industry events
- Experience with proposal response including solution design and technical requirements
Day to day
- Play a vital role in the sales team by managing all technical engagements with prospective customers including demos and proof of concepts creating reference sheets and implementation and best practices guides
- Collaborate closely with Sales Reps and Account Managers to support the entire sales process
- Help interpret a client's technical requirements and communicate product features
- Report to the Manager Solutions Engineering and work with Sales and Marketing Teams Operations Team partners and resellers
