Requirements
- Experience in a presales solution engineering or technical consulting role
- Strong understanding of SaaS and API-first architecture
- Comfortable reading and writing one or more of JavaScript TypeScript C#/.NET React Next.js Vue or Angular
- Confident working with REST APIs and explaining them to technical and non-technical audiences
- Able to lead conversations with both technical and business stakeholders
- Valid U.S. work authorization

Day to day
- Lead discovery conversations with prospects to understand their use cases and tailor the right demos and proofs of concept
- Run polished platform demonstrations and proof of concepts throughout the evaluation process to support deal progression
- Guide technical evaluations and advise on architecture and integration strategies that fit customer goals and the Kontent.ai platform
- Onboard new customers by translating sales-cycle insights into practical recommendations and helping them adopt the platform effectively
- Communicate confidently with technical and business stakeholders while making complex topics approachable and clear
