Who you are

• Solid understanding of technical aspects enabling effective communication with stakeholders
• Ability to present and demonstrate complex technical information clearly in person and online
• Analyze customer requirements identify challenges and propose technical solutions
• Understanding of sales process and collaboration with sales team
• Customer-centric mindset with strong active listening skills
• Commitment to staying updated on industry trends new technologies and product updates
• At least 4 years of experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer customer facing technical support engineer or similar
• Understanding of storage technologies like NAS SAN Sync and Share
• Experience in macOS Windows and Linux OS
• Knowledge of command line terminal or PowerShell processes
• Experience in production post-production content creation or video/audio/graphics workflows

What the job involves

• Work with LucidLink’s Inbound Sales team, Account Executives and Area Sales Directors
• Collaborate with Partner Channels and Customers during pre-sales and proof of concept stages
• Participate in customer projects to position and demonstrate efficiencies of LucidLink Filespaces
• Explain value and technical aspects of a SaaS software platform
• Present product features and drive deals toward a close
• Collaborate with Marketing Product and Support teams
• Travel occasionally for industry events and team gatherings
