Requirements
- 4+ years of SaaS experience with at least 2 years in a Sales Engineer Solutions Engineer or Solutions Architect role
- Experience in early stage startup environments Seed to Series A
- Deep understanding of SQL analytics and Python
- Broad experience with large scale database and or data warehouse technology ETL analytics data science AI ML or cloud technologies
- Sharp presentation and public speaking skills
- Experience and interest in leveraging AI tools to improve sales efficiency and deepen customer engagement
- Highly accountable self-driven ownership mentality with minimal supervision
- Ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non technical audiences
- Strong collaboration skills in a fast paced cross functional environment

Day to day
- Lead technical demonstrations proof-of-concepts and workshops to prove product value and address customer challenges
- Create technical content and diagrams that show how customers can leverage Matia for specific use cases
- Support customer onboarding integrations and data connections while providing responsive technical guidance
- Partner with marketing and product teams to develop demos documentation thought leadership and roadmap input based on customer feedback
