Requirements
- 5–10+ years in Solutions Engineering Pre-Sales Sustainability Consulting or commercial real estate technology
- Deep familiarity with commercial real estate ownership and asset management workflows
- Strong understanding of sustainability reporting decarbonization strategy or building performance regulations across the US and Europe
- Experience supporting or leading complex RFP responses
- Technical fluency with APIs data integration technical infrastructure AI business intelligence tools and SaaS platforms
- Ability to speak fluently with sustainability leaders CFOs asset managers and IT stakeholders
- Exceptional communication skills and executive presence

Day to day
- Partner with Account Executives on complex enterprise opportunities and guide discovery sessions with sustainability asset management finance and IT stakeholders
- Translate sustainability regulations into platform-based solutions and deliver tailored value-oriented demonstrations that connect technical capabilities to business outcomes
- Build solution architectures implementation roadmaps and high-quality RFP responses while removing technical objections and feeding market insights back to Product and Engineering
