Day to day
- Explain technical and functional product details to users on the post-sales side.
- Work closely with the sales team to provide technical guidance during pre-sales discussions.
- Solve complex partner and prospect scenarios by investigating requests workarounds and alternative solutions.
- Advise partners on implementation improve internal processes and deliver training on new features and product usage.
- Share partner feedback with Product Management and help shape future product development.
