Requirements
- 5+ years in Solutions Engineering Sales Engineering Solutions Architecture or similar technical customer-facing role
- Hands-on experience with API integrations web technologies REST APIs webhooks and data flows
- Programming experience in Python JavaScript Ruby or similar languages is a strong plus
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical buyers and engage deeply with developers
- Strong discovery demo and live technical conversation skills with the ability to tailor messaging to the audience
- Exceptional documentation organization and ability to build scalable processes from scratch
- Startup mindset comfortable with ambiguity rapid growth and self-sufficiency
- Customer obsession with a focus on user experience and problem solving
- Ability to learn new industries products and integrations quickly

- Lead technical scoping proofs-of-concept security reviews and handoff to onboarding for smooth implementation
