Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering or related experience
- Web3 experience preferred
- Strong understanding of crypto infrastructure especially self-custodial wallets exchanges and API integrations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a distributed multicultural team spanning multiple time zones
- Technical proficiency with software engineering background preferred and capable of debugging integration issues
- Familiarity with tokenized assets RWAs or DeFi protocols is a plus

Day to day
- Serve as a technical point of contact for developers exchanges and wallet partners integrating with Ondo products
- Provide hands-on support for minting redemption and integration workflows for tokenized stocks and RWAs
- Create developer-facing resources including documentation tutorials code samples and FAQ guides
- Gather partner feedback and relay insights to product and engineering teams
- Represent Ondo at hackathons conferences and community events when needed
