Requirements
- 5+ years in technical support sales engineering implementation engineering or related role
- Strong understanding of APIs webhooks authentication methods and SaaS integration patterns
- Familiarity with payment processing infrastructure fintech systems reconciliation workflows and transaction lifecycles
- Ability to communicate highly technical concepts to non-technical audiences clearly and confidently
- Experience supporting enterprise software implementations or technical pre-sales processes
- Familiarity with CRM ChMS ERP and accounting ecosystems such as Rock RMS Sage Intacct and Salesforce
- Experience working cross-functionally between Sales Product Engineering and Customer Success
- Strong foundation in software development concepts and programming languages
- Ability to analyze and solve technical challenges with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field

Day to day
- Partner with Account Executives in discovery calls demos and technical reviews to explain platform capabilities integrations and implementation value
- Lead technical discovery to identify operational needs integration requirements reporting workflows migration considerations and ecosystem dependencies
- Support onboarding activation data imports troubleshooting and partner support to ensure smooth implementations and build customer confidence
- Collaborate with GTM Product Engineering and Onboarding to solve technical issues improve processes and communicate customer feedback clearly
